SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We are not currently shipping any units, as we are currently gauging interest in our product. When our product reaches production, you will have the ability to select the method of shipping you want, and through which carrier. If a order were found to have been lost in the mail, Studio SJB would take every measure possible to ensure your product gets to you.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your product once it has reached production and is shipped to you, Studio SJB will provide you a full* refund. If your product was found to have been damaged in transit, Studio SJB would be happy to initiate an exchange and send you a functional product. Studio SJB will not accept returns or exchanges for a product if it is found to have been: damaged by the customer via use in a manner that would not be considered "normal use," modified by the customer in any way (removal or addition of non-factory parts), or damaged in another manner not addressed by the manufacturer's warranty included within the packaging of the product.
